1. How can I update my profile?

In order to update your profile, please log-in (at the right hand side of the blog). On the pink Fiskarettes menu, click on My profile. Click on the “modify my profile” box and follow the instructions.

3. How can I participate in a competition?

On the competition announcement, please click on the “Participate Challenge” box. You can also find the banner in the Made by Fiskarettes tab at the top of the blog click on Fiskarettes Contests

4. How do I scale a photo down?

In order to scale down photos, you´ll need to go to http://www.easypict.org/. This website is dedicated to doing just this! All you have to do is follow the instructions you´ll find there. You’ll be able to scale your photos down to your desired pixel size or percentage. Fiskarettes photos must be 500 px or smaller

5. How can I insert the Fiskarette banner on my blog?

Log-in and register the code that the blog provides for you.

6. I´ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

At the right of the blog, click on “Already registered? Sign in!” You will then be prompted to fill in your e-mail address and password. Just beneath that, in smaller print, you will see “Forgotten your password?” By clicking on that, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address. Your password will be re-sent to your e-mail address.

7. Where can I find Fiskars products?

Visit the stockist list available on the UK Fiskars website www.fiskarscraft.co.uk to discover where to buy Fiskars products. Alternatively, go online and search for your favourite Fiskars products as we have a number on online stockists.

8. I can´t upload a picture to my member space.

Make sure the photo is the correct size. Keep in mind that the picture shouldn´t be too small. If your member photo/image is too small, we won´t be able to see anything. Scale your photo up or down accordingly and you shouldn´t have any problem!
