**Monday challenge ~ use flowers…**
by Jayne & CarolineHello Fiskarettes! Hope you are having better weather than we are in Bristol and Worcester! Its raining….
Maybe this will cheer you up though - todays challenge is all about flowers…
We would like you to make a project and add three different types of flowers to your project. These could be stamped flowers, three different ranges of paper flowers, patterned paper flowers, a punched flower or anything you can think up. Have fun and do send in photos of your projects for us to share.
Jaynes tin: I have decorated a tin with strips of patterned paper and then added punched flowers. Use this Squeeze flower  punch. I’ve also stamped a few flowers using this Fiskars flower stamp and added a few paper flowers too.

Caroline: This is a card I made to give to my Brother and Sister in law (hubbies brother) - they had a little girl on Sunday morning called Amelia, a little sister for Sylvia. So I am an auntie again! Looking forward to going to see her and having a cuddle….
I embossed a piece of lemon paper using Fiskars Whimsy Texture Plate from the Expression Set, and sewed this onto some kraft paper which I cut from a file folder - you can get packs of 100 for next to nothing in stationery stores and certainly cheaper than buying kraft cardstock…
I then sewed a frame around the scallop chipboard and cut through the middle of it using the very useful Fingertip Craft Knife.
The three different types of flowers for this challenge are: the embossed flowers on the lemon paper, the little pink flowers around the acetate bookplate, and the paper roses.
