Use your buttons…

Todays challenge is simply to use some of your buttons.  If you are anything like us you will have a big stash of buttons and now is the time to use some of them!  We would like you to use a minimum of five buttons on your project – this could be a needlecraft, papercraft, or piece of jewellery, or any hand craft project you can think of.  Happy crafting….

JAYNES PIECE- I have made a little wall hanging. The pot is chipboard and then covered with cardstock & inked edges.  I’ve embellished top of pot with an assortment of yellow buttons & added a few punched flowers with button centers & wire stems !

CAROLINE:- I made a card using Fiskars Heidi Grace Kit – Party and actually managed to fit x8 buttons on!! (Surprised myself there – thought it might be a little difficult adding x5, haha).  I sewed around the edges of the paper and inked and tore to age the edges, tied ribbon right around the card front and applied the flowers with brads.  The ‘happy day’ is a little tag, tied around the brad, with string.  I sewed the buttons onto the card with coordinating cotton………x
