You will need

Shrink Plastic
Extra Large flower squeeze punch
Large flower squeeze punch
Eyelet setters , I used the 1/8th
Fiskars silver wire
Stretch magic
Selection of seed beads
Dimensional paint
Crimp bead
Earring wires

Using the XL flower squeeze punch punch out enough flowers from the shrink plastic to go around your wrist. (I used 6).
Punch holes in opposite petals using the eyelet punch.
Using the L flower punch punch out 2 flowers from the shrink plastic..
Punch holes just above the centre using the eyelet punch.

Decorate both flowers as you like. I used zig pens.
Using your heat gun or put them in the oven, following the manufacturers instructions, shrink your flowers.
(The first photo shows the flower before decoration, after decoration and shrunk.)

Add dimensional paint to the centre of the flowers for the bracelet and stick a bead in it.
Assemble your bracelet adding beads between the flowers and either crimp the ends or tie a knot.
Attach the flowers to the earring wires using wire and beads matching the bracelet
