Cards – ‘just because’ cards

Hello everyone.

I’ve been loving Crate Paper lately and I thought I’d use some of their supplies along with my Fiskars Leaf Squeeze Punch to make a couple of  cards. I found myself making a couple of cards that could be sent to someone ‘just because’. Both cards are A6 kraft blanks.

On the ‘wonderful you’ card I also used the Fiskars ‘Doodles’ template and the Shapecutter to cut a large swirl for the background, I love how it adds a touch of elegance.

On the ‘hello you’ card, I also used the Fiskars Square Everywhere Window Punch to cut a window in the centre of my black patterned paper, and then frayed the edges before layering some turquoise patterned paper behind.

I’m glad that although they’ve both been inspired by autumn I could send them year round – I shall make some more so I have some handy when a friend needs cheering up with a bit of mail!
