I am trying to make some Christmas cards so have decided to make my DT project for November a Christmas card, using the Fiskars stamps.

I cut a mask in card to make my tree with the Fiskars Fingertip knife, I cut the triangle in two parts so I could stamp the branches of the tree accurately.

The triangles are 4.5 cm across the bottom and 9.5 cm tall.

I used a narrow Fiskars stamp for the branches and stamped four branches each side.

I used the Fiskars bird and bow from the wedding stamp set and coloured them in with pro-markers. I used a red pro-marker to make a pot for the tree. I used the number zero from the Fiskars wedding stamps for the baubles.

I added Stickles, (or you could use anything sparkly) to the baubles for extra sparkle and mounted the tree onto a dark green background.

I hope you will look at your stamps with fresh eyes and do something new with them.
