Cropkat

I recently did a ‘photoshoot’ for a couple of scrappy friends. We had a great day out and the kids got to know each other. Whilst shooting away, I was thinking – that would make a great scrapbook shot!

I’m really enjoying playing with flowers and nature inspired products recently. I love the Fiskars Butterfly stamps. I inked them up in Broken China Distress ink to add a bit of interest to my background. I also stamped them onto patterned paper before cutting them out and adding glitter.

I then added a border and shaped paper from which to add my photos and embellishments. One of my favourite things is my Fiskars Stamp Border punch. I’ve used it as a border to my photo mat.

The pom-poms are simply tissue which is folded conertina-style before being stapled in the middle. Just fan out the pleats to form an easy pom-pom.

This is my last project as GDT. I’ve had a real blast with my lovely new Fiskars products. Hope you enjoyed my projects too.
