Another Wreath ~ By Jayne Loughlin
by Jayne & Caroline
It looks like i’ve got a thing for Christmas Wreaths at the moment and I’m trying out a few different tecniques. This one I found on the internet and though it looked a little weird when I was starting it the finished product looked a lot better.
Items needed: Fiskars Wire , Ribbon (I used 2 green shades and some glitter red ribbon plus a small piece of Polka dot wider ribbon), Scissors, Wire cutters.
Below is the base shape you’ll need to start off, As you can see it doesn’t need to be a perfect circle as the whole wreath when finished can be bent into shape.

All you need to do now is cut ribbon lengths approx 35 cms long and tie bows in random colours all the way round to fill up the ring. At the end i’ve tied a Ribbon bow in the wider ribbon to finish off the wreath.
Hope you like and if you have made a wreath the same or a different version why don’t you share it with me ![]()

Really pretty and what a great way to decorate your christmas tree.
Love this Jayne, it looks beautiful
Oh this is lovely but I can’t keep up with all your wonderful ideas!
What a nice idea - you could do a bigger one with sturdier wire too, couldn’t you. Need loads of ribbon though. Good way to use up scraps mind you and a multi coloured one would look fab!…x
