today I entered a house challenge in ‘the house’ we had to include ‘a school kid’.
I came across a postcard my friend Denise sent me sometime ago, it had 2 children on it… so today I cut them out and recycled them into my house.
here is my entry.
I cut out the shape of a house used old book pages and painted using gouche paints.I inked the numbers and stamped them on the background along with the border stamp and the circle stamp
Can you spot the stamps I used for the background… they are all from the ‘Fiskars birthday collection’ which was part of my prize I was lucky enough to win on this blog…if you cannot see the numbers you may need to visit my blog to enlarge the house for a better look.
Thank you I enjoyed using them on this piece.
Hope everyone had a good weekend. Chriss x

Chriss your arch is fab… totally LOVE the little girl and boy images, really cute. Great use of the stamps too, thanks for the inspiration, I wouldn’t have thought to use them in that way, they are perfect for altered art :)
