So, I say craft is therapy for me. Here is an example

This layout was made to help myself realise that I should work harder at not being a wallflower, because otherwise life will just pass me by and I\’ll have nothing to show for my time here.

I made it to express how – and to tell myself – we are all composed of so many diverse influences that we should stop worrying about societal compatibility or what other people think of us, and get on with being, and embracing, who we are.

I’ve used a lot of different brands on this page – Cosmo Cricket, Jenni Bowlin, Heidi Swapp, American Crafts and Echo Park, to name just some. I wanted to have a burst of colour, which, set against the black cardstock background, really jumps out, I think.
