Monday Challenge – Mother

Here is a layout and card I have made for Mother’s Day. The layout shows a photo of me, my sister and my Mum. A special memory for us all as we lost mum in 2005 to cancer. It is lovely to create scrapbook pages of us all together and very theraputic.
The card is for my boyfriend’s Mum. She is an avid card maker and always appreciates home made cards. I am not a great card maker, but I know she always loves to get something hand made. This weekend I am going on a flower arranging course with my sister and hope to make her some type of flower arrangment (Yikes! Not done this before and it was a Christmas present from my sister!)

I love both pieces and it was nice to see a pic of you and sister with your mum, I don’t think i’ve seen a photo but heard so much about her seeing she had inspired you to run the charity crop fundraising for Cancer research etc x

Thanks for your comments. Wendy – the letters are from a sizzix die cut set called Bang Zoom (I borrowed them from my sister!)
