Lou

Decided to have a bit of a clearout of my stash and ended up with a pile for the bin, but as usual couldn’t just throw it away!
This is the tree I’ve made from the rubbish.

I used:
Polystyrene Cone
Some wired ribbon (from Woolworths!) and gold ribbon
Big wooden bead and antique gold seed beads

Method:
Cut up the ribbon into equal lengths then pinned onto the cone.
Painted the wooden bead with gold paint then glued the seed beads on in clusters.
The base is made from the empty reel of wired ribbon, painted gold and decorated with the ribbon and some gold beads.

It may be rubbish, but it’s my rubbish! :D

Well, if that is rubbish, it is absolutely beautiful! A really lovely idea to use up left over bits of ribbon, thank you :)
