Thank you card
by rainbow_poppy
I found this hard when I saw the challenge of thanksgiving, because it is something we don’t celebrate. I decided to make a thank you card. I stamped with versamark ink and then brushed over perfect pearls. I set the perfect pearls with a fine mist of water. Once they were dry I stamped the image again in the middle with versamark and heat embossed with gold embossing powder. I added a few pearl drops on the butterfly and some die cut letters.

That’s lovely - I never think of using my perfect pearls - I’ll ave pt get them out and have a play
I love the layering this really looks like a field of dandelion clocks. I have these stamps now and cant wait to have a play too x
I could quite happily frame this and put it on my wall. I love everything about it, from the colours to the image… everything. I spotted this on your blog earlier and like I said then it has a very Art Nouveau feel to it - it reminds me of a certain picture of a woman, which, annoyingly I don’t know the name of but the colours and everything, it would fit so well.
Love that font too - what one is it?
Thank you for your lovely comments, Carmen the alphabet is a quickutz one, sophisticate.

Lovely card Debbie.
The challenge wasn’t specifically Thankgiving (that was just a reference to this time of year) but to generally ‘give thanks’ so it fits the challenge perfectly! Thanks for taking part.
You can give thanks to me any day Debbie with cards like this xxxx
A beautiful card Debbie, that stamp is gorgeous and going onto my christmas wish list (its growing rapidly!!!).
Love your take on the challenge too, well done hun.
