Use Scraps – Chopstick Pot!
by Fizzydrink
We keep our chopsticks in a pot in the kitchen – the old one is a bit battered so I saved a nut tin from Christmas to make a new one. This scraps challenge was perfect for it! Because it’s just living on the kitchen bench I kept it really simple with a strip of plain paper from my scraps bag, and squares cut from patterned scraps with the Fiskar’s Scalloped Square Squeeze Punch. I stuck the squares on in a diamond pattern and added a few buttons to the top row.

Great idea, those scalloped squeeze punches are so versatile.
Lovely colours of patterned paper.
Firstly love the little pot and secondly you have that many chopsticks? I just reach for a fork !
Love the colour theme of the pot and the chopsticks xxx
Very impressed on the use of chopsticks! I’m with Jayne though and just use a fork, lol. Must say though that my daughter is very nifty with chopsticks. Love the colours and design of the pot…x
A kitchen like Ruth’s can’t have too many chopsticks!
Love how you’ve placed the buttons in the centres of the squares, colour co-ordinated with the chopsticks!
If your chopsticks ever need another home they would look lovely in my kitchen, love the colours and buttons.
