Happy New Year Fiskarettes I have decorated a photo frame for a friend who is unwell. she broke her leg & needed an operation on Christmas day !

INSTRUCTIONS

1.You need to take the Frame apart. I bought my Frame in a local cheap shop for £1. Use the insert paper for a Template & cover this with Cardstock. I used Black. I then glued a photo onto bottom half & decorated edges with a border punched with Scallop Lace Border punch. Photo below is the Frame untouched.

2.Decorate the top part of the insert now. I Punched 3 Circles using the Squeeze Punch & Cut in half. Glued these to the top sections side edges. Add a sentiment.

3. Using the ShapeCutter I cut a Bracket. This Tool is very easy to use & there are plenty of videos on using it. Ink the Bracket & journal onto it. Glue it to the bottom of your insert just a bit above the bottom as the Frame will hide wording too much otherwise.

4. Now before you put the insert you have decorated back into the Frame cover the Frame with Washi tape. Punch some flowers & glue to the bottom left facing side. I added stickles to the centres too. Insert the decorated insert into frame.

5. Last make the Large Flower. Punch 5 Squares for the Petals. I also punched 1 XL Circle for the back as it creates an sturdy base to stick petals onto.Fold the petals and arrange in the photo below. Add Stickles if wished. Glue on a Button & glue to the Frame.

    What a lovely present.
I love the way you make your flower petals from all sorts of punched shapes.
