This layout is ideal for using up scraps of paper and ribbon. It is a simple technique that can be used on lots of different projects.

1) First cut 3 circles of different sizes using the ShapeCutter and Circle Template. Using smaller circle templates, off set them inside the circles and cut again, making a hoop shape.

2) Stamp the smaller circle using a background stamp of your choice. Emboss and ink the medium sized circle.

3) Prepare lots of strips of scraps and ribbon. Using a stapler, attach them onto the largest circle.

4) Position onto 12 x 12 cardstock and add photo and title.

5) Using the Bazzill In Stitches template, pierce holes in swirl pattern and stitch.

This circle technique could be used on a range of projects. You could also use this technique on square or heart shapes – just add strips of scraps and ribbon! I look forward to seeing some of your creations!
