First & Last ~ Jayne Loughlin

Hiya Fiskarettes
Today I thought I’ld show you my First ever Scrapbooking page and I hope it will inspire you to show me your first and last so we can all see how you have progressed ! The smaller photo is a L/O from my previous post. The first L/O is rather plain and I added Keiras hand print at home using clear ink & I embossed it lol !!! I am thinking how many tools and paper I have now up to what I had to start off(shocking) But also just a simple little border punch just helps lift the L/O and won’t break the bank. :)
I started Scrapbooking when my youngest daughter was born 4 years ago. I went to a class with my eldest daughter as I was too scared to go alone and a lady called Mandy taught a double paged Layout above the Modscraps shop in Bristol…I was hooked from then on. It was all the rage to make double pages back then but I rarely make them now !
I think the reason I have kept this hobby going for so long is the people I meet Oh and my love of taking photos of the girls even if they don’t like it lol ! I love my Scrapbooking friends and am always meeting New Crafters along the way. I now teach a little myself and still go to the Scrapbooking Crop that was joined onto the shop I had my first class at (though the owner has changed hands now) I’m known for not creating as much as I should at the crops because I chat and shop too much 
So anyway show US your first and last craft project and post it for all the Fiskarettes to see

What a fabby idea, gosh I remember those days with Mandy with the crop upstairs, that’s where I started off too – will have to dig out my first one now and show it off.

What a great idea Jayne! I’ll have to dig out my first and last layouts to post. I remember the first papers I bought. They were a bit shocking! I didn’t really know what I needed at the time. I too went along to the Modscraps crop and went on my own. I was a bit scared, but I needn’t have been because I met loads of lovely people. I am now addicted to stash!!

Great idea Jayne, I remember my 1st Lo, it was over 9 years ago, will have to find it on a disc somewhere. I used to go to Mandy’s crops too – lots of changes since then, esp the size of my stash mountain……….!!!!!
Gosh, my first layout is not one I am sure I want to remember, haha. But I will dig it out and share…x
