Today I thought I would show you that you do not have to use seasonal papers for what occaision they were intended for.  I first tried this when I was making my first Circle Journal a few years ago & used Basic Grey christmas papers for a Tropical theme.  Today i’ve used really strong Halloween papers & scrapped them to show my hate of Spiders. The photos were when a few friends and I were messing about taking photos at a scrapping retreat. Strangely there was a plastic spider on the fire place that freaked me out ! So we decided to use it in the photos (it’s on the book!).  I’ve used the Fiskars Circle Squeeze punch & a Border/corner punch. I’ve also doodled the title as I didn’t want to use Die cut letters or stickers.

Great LO Jayne. I love all the details & these spiders do look quite cute I have to say. I’m like you – terrified! I once hair sprayed one to the wall because DH was out & I didn’t know what to do!!

Hilarious Jayne! I love all the spiders, I know you said you were frightened of spiders when I was doing a CJ entry about them but hadn’t appreciated how much.

GEZ lol to the hairspray trick . That wouldn’t be too good for me as I’m terrified of the little creatures even if they are dead ! I would’nt be able to go into that room !
