I thought I would show you all the wall hanging I have made recently for a class I taught at the charity crop last weekend. It isn’t quite a canvas but solid wood plaque.  I bought the rather plain wall hanging from my local supermarket and then transformed it into the piece above, If you can’t find a wall hanging a canvas should be just as good and readily available.  The papers are an oldish range Cosmo cricket, Sunshine.  I didn’t have to do anything over the top as the papers did that for me.  The Flower was punched using my good old Fiskars Oval Squeeze punch (i love it so much I want to put flowers on everything :D ) and the heart was a squeeze punch too & raised with foam pads.  Fiskars kindly donated a Squeeze punch to use at my class and I drew a name for the person who won the punch at the end. All the ladies that used the punch were very impressed with the squeeze punches, I think i’ve converted a few.

The class was great fun, I just need to add my photo and then I will share it with you.
I wondered if you could do something similar on a block of wood.

This was such a great class Jayne and I was really pleased with mine. I used a glastonbury festival photo and the papers worked beautifully. It is now sat in my craft room (well the conservatory actually, that I have now taken over for a craft room!!) xx
