My Scissors

Now that I’m an official Fiskarette..(still don’t know how to get my name on the side list though)..look what I got through the door this morning!!!..aren’t they great?..look at the blades…Fiskarettes….how posh..they will take pride of place in my new buckets!

Yeah how cool are they and gret scissors too….I can’t crafty without them…if I remember I will post a piccie of my Fiskars scissors which I use all day everyday…they are so gunged up with tape and goodness knows what and they still cut ribbon perfectly.

I have also wondered why I am not listed among the Fiskarettes on the right especially as I had the privilege of being Fiskarette of the month a few months ago and received a lovely pressie.

I was so delighted to receive these lovely scissors this morning. What a lovely surprise. Needless to say they are now my BEST scissors and will be for my use only – no grandchildren allowed near them.

ooo i got some scissors too, it was a really lovely supprise, my mum was hovering over me while i opened the envelope and when the scissors emerged we both oooed and ahhhed

I have to say..these are super sized scissors to what I normally use..but they are great for cutting ribbon..(*PLEASE NOTE THAT CHRIS***LOL>>LOL>>)…I mainly use mine for cutting my polymer..(don’t shoot me ladies…)
I tend to use my old faithful small orange handles scissors, they are getting a tad blunt now though…any good tips for sharpening scissors??
Fiskars do do scissor sharpeners !!!
Havent had my scissors either there are alot of pairs to send out but they will be on their way i’m sure xx
ha ha..yep..scissor sharpeners would be the obvious choice..has anyone used them?

I’ve added a comment about the scissors to Jaynes post today (14/10) about if you have any queries or need help….. Basically the scissors may take some time to get to you as there have been a lot of new Fiskarettes join lately

I got my yummy scissors too. Thank you, how exciting. I feel as I am now an official fiskarette I should have some pom-poms as well! My children are quite in awe of Mum’s new scissors. There will definitly be no borrowing of those! I am looking forward to half term for a big crafting session with them. I have got loads of spooky, Halloween ideas to try out.
