What an amazing day at the NEC Saturday. Took part in a great workshop making a lovely flower card.

Being quite new to card making I had never used the Fiskars envelope stencil and cutter or some of the Squeeze punches. I found it a little difficult at first using the ShapeCutter but that’s because I was trying too hard but the punches were a dream.

Had a real giggle with the group of ladies around the table and it was lovely that 3 young fiskerettes were there too.

Thanks to ‘Turtle’ for your help LOL! (Lovely to meet you). Bought far too much at the show and happily sat with a cuppa now, ready for an early night so that I can try out the goodies tomorrow! Great day, great company, thank you.

    The envelope cutting template is great isn’t it. I like the good handy size , most envelope templates are too small to use.

    Didnt we have a giggle!!!! what a great day out, spending money doing the workshop was brilliant and meeting all the new faces. memories which will last forever.

    I foundf the shape cutter difficult to master at first but soon got the hang of it. I love it now! Sounds like you had fun. I went on the Sunday (with my free ticket – thank you!) and cought loads of goodies!

    Once you get used to the shapecutter it is really easy to use.
    The squeeze punches are my favourites.
