Up to my knees in things to do !

by Jayne & Caroline

Do you all get to the point where you don’t know how you are going to fit everything in one day? I’m only going to post something quick today!

Some of you might of seen this already but I thought I would tell you again a bit about the Charity crop I am going to Saturday 18th. It used to be a 24hr crop but I think it made people a little ill with the lack of sleep.  I’ve never done a whole 24hrs but a few ladies have, they have reduced it to a more sensible 15hrs now :D

It was started by two lovely ladies and fellow Fiskarettes Debbie & Faye to raise money for the charity St. Peter’s Hospice & Cancer research. We have raised over £2000 for charities already from last 2 crops and thats just 30 ish ladies cropping together. It is located in the outskirts of Bristol & is going to be run yearly. It is very popular and this Saturdays crop is fully booked.

There is a scrapping shop, approx 3 classes and lots of kits to buy. Below is the first class I taught, it’s only simple as there were new scrappers in the class.  I had a challenge to use the little spinny disc, nothing stuck to it so it was difficult, my I fell off too in transit !   But I think it was fun for all.  I can’t show you saturdays class as it is a surprise.

Can’t wait until Saturday - but I think you’ll find it’s 15 hours and not 12 hours Jayne!;) I managed the 24 hours last time but it was soooooo long! We had a great time though. :)

I loved the 24 hour class Jayne. I managed 24 hours too but felt quite ill at the end! I’m really busy too, trying to get organised. Just printing out the last of my photos now, but I have a birthday card to make now as we are going to a friend’s birthday this evening - yikes!
