JANUARY COMPETITION … Oriental

Again we are holding another competition with fabby prizes. We do apologise it is so close to the end of the last competition but we are trying to get back on track with the dates and what with technical errors and the Christmas competition being a big competion we were pushed for time.  So I hope you understand.

We will be running the competition for just over two weeks starting today & ending Thurs 5th FEBRUARY, Then as usual Fiskarettes vote 6th-10th feb and the competition winner will be announced in the next few days after 10th.

THIS MONTHS COMPETITION HAS THE THEME……ORIENTAL

Celebrating the Chinese New Year celebrations that are marked by visits to
kin, relatives and friends, a practice known as “new-year visits”.
  The colour red is liberally used in all decorations.  Red packets are
given to juniors and children by the married and elders.
All these festivities may vary from region to region and from family to
family.
   So we want you to make a card or layout, piece of jewellery or altered
article, ATC or any other hand crafted piece with a oriental theme.  Use your own interpretation of the theme ORIENTAL, It could just be the colours, style, An oriental image or anything you like. The voting should reflect what you as Fiskarettes think is the best project that fits the theme.
