A Thankyou to my Crafty friends & of course Fiskarettes

I wanted to post an article thanking all the lovely people who took the time to make me Handmade cards & gifts. I had a lot of handmade cards that were great & a candle centre piece was made by a fellow Fiskarette Joy who is very talented. The photo doesn’t do any of the projects justice as I took them at night.
I also want to thank all the Fiskarettes , DT & Guest designers past & present and I’m sure Caroline would join in with this thankyou. So a big HUGE thankyou for all the lovely projects you have sent in the past year . It is one of the best bits of being a Fiskarette Ambassador recieving all your creations.
Have a wonderful New year and we all look forward to seeing more creations in the coming year xxxx

Its so nice creating something that you know will be appreciated. In the past I have had comments like, “oh its a shame you couldnt buy a proper one” when actually the card or scrapbook cost a lot more than buying one from the shop. I am now very selective about who I make things for.
Love the wreath, isnt Joy clever? Really looking forward to this new year of inspiration.

Happy new year everyone! I really enjoyed making home made gifts this year. I plan to start much earlier next year to make more. Thank you to Jayne and Caroline for being great Fiskarettes Ambassadors. I love the blog and it is a good source of inspiration. I love the Christmas wreath made by Joy. She made me one too. She is very clever! She has enjoyed taking a floristry course in 2009. There is no end to her talents!
I know what you mean Debbie. When you give someone a hand made gift and they love it, it is very satisfying!
