Saturday, October 1st 2011 is World Cardmaking Day!

The first Saturday of each October is a day to celebrate the handmade card, and marks the beginning of one of the busiest times for a cardmaker – Christmas.

If you make cards, then why not contribute some towards our chosen charity – Birmingham Children’s Hospital.  We are collecting handmade cards for the charity to sell on their Christmas stall.  All proceeds from the cards go to this deserving charity.

So give your cardmaking a purpose…and make a difference.
