We would like to say a big ‘Thank You’ to our Design Team members Giselle, Ruth and Emma, for the past three months and the fantastic projects they have shared with us.

If you want to be reminded of their projects click the top tab ‘Made by Fiskarettes’ and click on ‘DT Creations’.  This takes to you all the DT creations and all in one place.

The Design Team enjoyed their time with Fiskarettes and you can be sure to still see their projects from time to time.  For now though here is what they thought about their time as a DT member…….

Giselle:-   “I enjoyed it  Committing to 2 projects per month was easily manageable & the Fiskars products that were sent were definitely worth having. In fact, I thought it was a generous gift.”

“I have no complaints about being part of the team, you & Jayne answered all my questions promptly & I was kept well informed.”

“I do like the challenges and the opportunities given for members to win some great prizes, not many other blogs do that as often as Fiskarettes ”

Ruth:-  “Anyway, thanks so much for the chance to be on the design team.  It’s been great for several reasons (apart from the lovely box of tools that you get to work with!!) 

Firstly I think being on the DT drives you to be more creative – thinking about ways to use the tools makes you think a bit outside the box and I definitely came up with projects that wouldn’t have seen the light of day otherwise. 

Working in the Jewellery and Home Decor category was good for me too – it made me think about things that might be useful or welcomed by others reading the blog.  Being driven by the dates that projects are due is always a good part of being on a DT for me as it keeps your crafting regular as you’re always thinking about your next project.  

I really think everyone should have a go at being on the DT as it gives you confidence in what you can produce and inspiraton to create something special.  I’ve really enjoyed my three months annd it has absolutely flown by!!  I’d  definitley encourage people to have a go, as every crafter had something to share, even if they are quite new to crafting.”
