Tips – How to use the new look Fiskarettes!

With our ‘new look’ Fiskarettes, here are a few notes on what you can find by clicking on some of the links and tabs.

The three new boxes at the top of the homepage – Contest, Creations by Caroline and Design Team…

• These are boxes which highlight important issues going on with the blog at the current time.  So at the moment you will see we have a current Competition, we are recruiting a new Design Team and you will always be able to quickly click on my latest post with the Creations by Caroline box.  These may change from time to time depending on what is currently going on.

The tabs under the header…

• These tabs are the same as with the old design, but if you click on a tab it is now much easier to see what each one contains.  For instance, What’s Hot shows links to News, Events and Other Contests.  This will then bring up all the posts which I have labelled under these headings.
• Made by Fiskarettes is a fab resource – you can view all the DT projects, for instance, if you click on this tab and then click on the DT Creations link.

The Home tab…

• This cute little tab is literally the home button!  So click on this everytime you want to return to the homepage.

Login and Join Us…

• Log in if you are an existing Fiskarette member, and Join Us if you are not and wish to be a member!
• Being a member then entitles you to see the Menu on the right hand side, and enables you to use the Member Space.

Search Facility…

• You can pop a keyword into here and up comes all the articles within that theme!  A great way to search the blog for inspiration.
