Firstly I’m a little late saying Happy New Year but it’s still the start of 2011 so I thought I would post today and find out What Fiskarettes would like to see on the Fiskarette Blog this year ???
Do you want more or less Competitions, Challenges, Step by step instructions or have you more ideas ? ….Please Let us know your thoughts however big or small as it is a Blog for YOU after all 
We are going to start making a Video every month so would also like to know Is there anything you want to see demonstrated as a video ? Perhaps there’s a Fiskars tool you haven’t got the hang of or you want to see a certain card, layout or some other Paper Craft being made…please comment below and we will try our best to help

I really like the competitions as they tend to push me out of my comfort zone.
I find Jaynes step by step instructions easy to follow and like the way she shows you other ways to use the tools.
I like the sound of the new combo border punch, it’s a shame you can’t really see the effect created on the LO.
Are there going to be more patterns?
I do like the border puches and the way you can layer them up.
I’m really enjoying my everywhere punches but a few tips would be nice. Sometimes they don’t quite line up as I want them to.
I enjoy the weekly challenge, I usually do it but then don’t have time to take a photo and upload it.
The Thursday chat is fun, it’s a shame more people don’t join in.

There’s no time limit on Uploading your Fiskarettes challenges so just do this when you have some spare time

I have to say I love the competitions and the prizes are always fantastic.
I really like Jaynes take on the challenges because they all seem so different and creative. The step by step instructions are very clear and easy to understand too.
Would like to see a video of the everywhere punch too.
Perhaps the challenges could be less often but involve something different like a sketch or using a certain tool?

I always love seeing a good tutorial so would love seeing these on here.
I love seeing the different things made on here, I especially love seeing non card/scrapbooking items as have got more interested in other aspects of paper crafting lately so would love to see some tuorials on maybe using Fiskars products in art journalling. I love seeing different projects like the banners a while back.

We have done Challenges with Sketches in the past Debbie !
We have discussed if it could be an idea to give little random prizes away but not too sure if this is a good idea…what do you think ?
I have started an art journal perhaps i can do a feature on it once a month so i’m actually finishing it ! Would you join in on this ? I’m no expert but i’m sure we can all benefit from each other here.

What about features on making embellishments rather than full projects. Something that we can do if we only have a short time for crafting – flowers, journalling spots, shapes etc?

Enjoyed watching the everywhere punch video, more demo’s and links like that would help sell products. As a new product comes out perhaps more information to encourage us to want it on our wish list…..
Perhaps a mondays Challenge using a certain product E.g Border punches/ distress inks/ stamps would be fun.

workshops in the NEC have been brilliant Fun!!!!
As a 13 year old crafter I think it would be nice to have some more children encouraged to take part as well.
I enjoy doing the NEC workshops at the show.
Also I like watching videos of new products on YouTube maybe a few more links on the blog like the everywhere punch one.
I think sometimes it is quite difficult to get Fiskars products too. It would be really nice if Fiskars had a retail outlet or even an online shop for the UK.
I have started an Art Journal too so would be happy to play along with you Jayne.

It’s really frustrating when you hear about a new tool on here and then can’t find anywhere that stocks it.

Could a workshop be arranged that is not at the same time as NEC even if it involved a small cost to fiskarettes.

i like the competitions you used to have ,I don’t have that much extra cash to spend on this hobby so it’s a great to have a chance to win new tools.
i would also like to see sneaky peeks on new tools coming out and perhaps a childrens feature for my budding artist daughter & neices.
I’ld like to see more competitions and giveaways too.
A childrens bit would be good.
I’m taking gse art so would like to see techniques that will help me out and I havent got a Art Journal but it sounds fun when i googled it.
