Show the White side of paper !
by Jayne & Carolineby Liwou

When you stick different sheets of paper on top of each other, you can use the following technique: irregularly rip off the edges of the paper to let the white underside show. You can then also roll the edges to add a three-dimensional effect. It’s pretty easy, but as you can see on Karen Bowers’ card it looks very nice.
You can also choose to do only step of the two (rip the edges or just roll them). The paper in the background was only ripped, not rolled.
Technical hint: Hold the paper so that the coloured side is turned to you. Then pull up with your right hand and down with your left hand. Otherwise you won’t be able to see the white underside!

I do love this technique, especially when I’ve got PMS, helps to relieve the stress (my excuse for having fun).
Thanks for sharing & love the card…

Hi,
Do we have a problem with the uploading of pictures as i posted some yesterday and they havent been put on.
thanx chriss x
Hi Chris, things are a bit slow with pics & stuff being uploaded as the site is still being managed from France as far as I know. Hopefully this will all be resolved in the very near future & our blog will be back to normal…
Keep an eye out tomorrow as things seem to be uploaded every 2-3 days at the moment. Look forward to seeing your creation…

I am so sorry that your articles are not post quickly. But it will be better soon !!
Lorraine, the site is managed from an agency in Luxembourg. They keep article from Fiskarettes France, meanwhile they find someone to take care of you.
I try to come often but it is hard for me because I don’t speak English very well. I understand what you write but to have a normal conversation … it is not so easy and I do a lot of faults !!
I promes you to learn English correctly for having better conversations with you. But it will taking time !
Hi Liwou,
Please do not worry about the articles and thank you for visiting us when you can, we know you are very busy with your French Fiskars blog and your family.
Your Fiskars blog is fantastic, you show some wonderful crafts on there.
Your English is just fine…. if we could speak and write French as well as you do English we would be very happy.
Have a lovely day and we hope the sun is shining in France unlike here in the UK
take care.

Hi Liwou,
Thank you for leaving a note advising everyone how things are working at the moment. I’m sure we can all cope until someone new takes over. No need for you to apologise either, we understand that you have other work to do and please don’t be a stranger on our blog as your english is very good. I would agree with Chriss that if we spoke such good French we would all be very happy…
