Hi Everyone

I cant believe that its the last day of June already, which also mean my last Guest designer post.

I have had such fun playing with the Fiskars products :)
This week I have been playing around with art journalling. I did an online course with Dina wakely a while ago, which has been very inspiring :) I have used some of the things I learnt on this page.

I used my Fiskars Rotary Trimmer, Fiskars Scalloped Lace Border Punch and Fiskars Texture Plates.

The background was created with layers of Gesso in which I inlaid the textre plates into before it dried to give texture. Then by rubbing different colour paints into it, the pattern was emphasised. This is such a fun and experimental technique to try and leaves you with a indivdual result every time!

You could also try your Fiskars Stamps and Embossing Tools for this.
Once the background was dry I added another layer of gesso stamped on to the top as added texture, then decorate to your theme.

Thank you all for having me as your guest designer :)

Cleo
