I’ve made a card today using some Cath Kidston card that I have had for ages.  Thought it was about time I started using it!   The ‘Celebrate’ theme ties in with our July/August theme of  ‘Celebration’ and ‘Summer’.  Last day of the month today though so tomorrow we will be onto a new theme and focus….where does the time go?!

Fiskars Products Used:

Other Products Used:

  • Catch Kidston card from a card/envelope set
  • Melissa Frances glittered heart
  • Patterned paper to coordinate
  • Button, ribbon, string
  • Rub-on sentiment

Instructions:

  • Trim the cardstock to fit the card blank.  Ink the edges.
  • Tie ribbon around.  Attach a button to the tie using string.
  • Using coordinating paper, punch out a scallop circle and small circle using the Squeeze Punches.

  • Create a border using the Apron Lace Border Punch.  Layer under the ribbon.
  • Attach to the card blank.  Layer the punch outs and heart.
  • Attach sentiment to the bottom of the card.

Caroline x :)

Hi Kath, it is actually a card and envelope set I bought. So in effect I have cut up a card to create my own card, lol.
