Good Morning Fiskarettes. I have a quieter week this week, less work more crafts and I’ve been making cards here there and everywhere. I’m really not a Cardmaker and feel quite embarrassed to give them out but when I do friends & family seem to like them. Click read more for Instructions :)

Items needed: Card blank, Patterned paper, Apron Lace Border Punch, Scissors, Glue & a Sentiment.

Instructions: Back a card blank with patterned paper. Add a strip of paper which has been punched with the Apron Lace Border Punch See below…

Cut an approx 2.5″ wide strip (mines approx 10″ long but can be trimmed)and punch with the border punch one long edge. Cut slits using Scissors as shown in photo below.

Roll round as photo below, Glue end when finished…you might have to fiddle with this a little so Petals aren’t all lined up on top of each other.

Snip the bottom a few times so you have something to glue on & fan out.

Add a few leaves and a sentiment & the card is finished :)

Lovely card, I really like the flower.
I shall have a go at making one.
I think it would look nice with the sunburst border too.
