Happy New Year Fiskarettes xxx

I haven’t had a great lot of time to craft as we have all been ill over Christmas but I’m getting back into it slowly & started off playing with Paints & my ShapeCutter Templates.

You will need:  Fabric paints ( I used a Fabric paint base coat & Acrylic) Paint Brush, Fiskars Cupcake ShapeCutter Template & a Fabric Bag.

Instructions:Firstly take your Bag & slot a piece of card inside just incase the paints seep through the fabric.

Take your Template & Dab paint with a brush over the Template***Make sure your paint isn’t sloppy and brush not too loaded up, Also that the Template doesnt slip or lift up too much.***

Wash the paint off your Template before it dries between each coat of paint.

Dry bag between paint layers so you don’t smudge the wet paint. I painted the top first but think I should of done the cupcake case first. I painted concertinas on the base of the case with a darker paint than the base colour.

I finished off painting around the line of the piece of card I slotted inside the bag  just to add interest. I also added the words Cupcake.

The bag needs ironing to set paint.

Great, it would make a lovely present with cases and a cup cake recipe book in it.
