I cannot believe that this is my last DT card. The last 3 months have flown past in a blur! Thank you for your kind comments and I really enjoyed sharing my cards and LO’s with you.
For my last card I used what has to be my favourite item – the ShapeCutter and  Template!
Supplies
Fiskars ShapeCutter
Fiskars Shape Template – Cakes
Fiskars Squeeze Punch – Circle
Embossing Folders

Other – Paper Piercer, white pen, stickles, tag, ribbon, spare strong card, patterned paper, scrap bits of card, Foam Pads, Wet glue.

I cut 2 circles 11.5cm in diameter using a circle cutter and white card stock. I wanted a scalloped circle so I used the Fiskars Squeeze Punch and punched a bunch of small circles and cut them in half and using a repositionable glue, I glued them in place so I could move them around and get them to sit so they were perfectly set into the circle. I then took the second large circle and using a wet glue I stuck the second circle to the back of the card which held the small semi circles in place and gave stability to the card.

I embossed a piece of green cardstock using a number embossing folder and cut it into a smaller circle using the shape cutter to 9cm in diameter. To give the edge a stitched edge, I poked small holes in the card and drew white lines around the edge. Taking the Fiskars Shape Template Cakes I selected the cupcake shape I liked and cut it out with the Fiskars ShapeCutter, to make it fit the card I cut the base of the cupcake down a little and for the topping I ran it thru an embossing folder to give it some dimension. To add a bit of bling, I put some drops of Stickles on the top. As the recipient was having his 1st Birthday, I added a number 1 on the top of the cupcake.

On a spare piece of cardstock I printed the name using the printer and then cut it into a tag shape and added a ribbon and mounted it with foam pads.
