Morning Fiskarettes x
Todays challenge was really easy for me as Fiskars have lots of Circle Tools to help me. There’s Squeeze Punches and these Shape cutter Templates and also these larger Templates.
Tools needed: 6×4″ photo, Shape cutter, Circles Shape cutter Template, XL Circle squeeze punch, Cutting Mat, Super sized Shape Cutter Circles Templates. Ink, Stickers or Die cuts for title, Journal pen, Scissors, Adhesive. Foam pads (opt)
My L/O Instructions: First you need to cut a Large circle with your Shapecutter and the Super sized Circle I’ve used the 19cm one (Cut the inside and out & keep too as you will be using this you should also end up with a hoop too)
Punch 7 XL Circles using your Squeeze punch (two of these I’ve trimmed with Scissors so they fit inside the XL circle)
Now punch 8 small circles using your Medium Squeeze punch. Ink all the edges of all your Circles. There should be 17 pieces in total !
Next choose a photo and glue to the back of the large Hoop shape (Note the photo doesn’t quite fill all the gap in the middle but this is hidden with more circles) Glue the photo & Hoop onto your Layout left facing side approx 1 1/2″ up from the bottom. Take the next Circle (the middle of the hoop) & glue lapping over the photo (see above L/O photo for placement)
Now Glue 3 large circles to the top of your L/O following the hoop, I’ve Raised the middle one with Foam pads(optional). Make room for the small circle at the top left and 5 Circles after the large circles still following the hoop.

Now stack the Circles you have left Largest first, middle then small on top. Do this once mor with the last of your circles. I have raised the small circle with foam pads. glue one of these piles over the gap in your photo, The other on the other side of the circle at the bottom just to balance the circles a little.
Finish off with you title & Cut a journal strip 1 1/4″ .
Journal what you like, trim & ink edges then glue to the lower left corner.

What's Hot

Sometimes the simplest LOs are the most striking – as this one is Jayne, it’s just lovely!
Lovely LO. I love circles will have to have a go at this challenge tonight.
Love this Jayne, the colours are great too
Beautiful LO, I love how you’ve incorporated lots of different sizes of circles. A great memory to scrap.
This is beautiful Jayne. Circles work so well on layouts and all these work well together to frame the photo.
