Good morning Fiskarettes, I hope you are enjoying the Summer holidays
Today i’m showing you a Layout I’ve created using embossing plates. Ok it’s an Allium flower but when I was younger I called them Onion Flowers !
Items You’ll need: Cardstock, patterned paper, 2 x 6″x4″ photos, Circle punches, Border punch, Trimmer, Adhesive, alpha stickers, Embossing plates.
Instructions: Cut a piece of patterned paper 9″ x 9″ and glued this to my layout approx an inch from the top.
Emboss some (approx 2″) areas on the edge of your plainish patterned paper using the Embossing plates & a stylus or Embossing Tool.

When you have enough small areas to punch, Punch shapes out using Fiskars Squeeze punches I’ve used XL Circle, L Circle & L Scalloped Circle cut 2 or 3 of each size of circle.
Glue along the bottom of the Square you cut earlier. I forgot to take a photo so have shown you these close up glued onto the layout above

Next add your photos I’ve glued them in angles overlapping them. You could add smaller photos and glue them straight !

Next I’ve cut a 2″ strip & punched both long sides of the strip using Apron Lace border punch. Place this over the bottom of the photos right across the layout.

I’ve used some Alpha stickers for the title and trimmed around using a Paper Trimmer. Glue this onto your layout somewhere under the Apron lace border strip you have punched.
That’s it
Hope you like x

Beautiful layout Jayne, love the embossed embellies, they really finish it off, think the purple and green go really well together.
