Good Morning Fiskarettes. Hope you had a lovely weekend, mine was very busy
Anyway this morning I have created a Layout for the Challenge called ‘Sleeping Beauty’ . I have created less white space using Bubble wrap & paint.
Items needed: Patterned paper, White cardstock, 3 Buttons/ Chipboard Buttons, Alpha Stickers, Paint, Bubble wrap, Eyelet Setter, Fiskars Effervescence Border punch, ink, Trimmer, Adhesive, Ric Rak.
Instructions: First you need to take a piece of Bubble wrap that has plenty of air in its bubbles that is a little wider than 12″ and Paint direcetly onto the wrap with paint on an area of approx 11 x 6″ wide this is to ensure you have the backgound that will show behind the paper. I actually used a Dauber. Don’t make the paint too wet if using a different paint.
Turn wrap upside down onto the centre of the cardstock & gently press down with your hand. Lift up & you should have a nice Print (it doesnt have to be perfect its just to cover white space remember)
Next cut a strip of patterned paper 12″ x 1 3/4″ Glue this along the bottom of the layout, Cover the edge with RikRak.
Cut 2 different Rectangle pieces of Patterned paper approx 10″ x 7 ” and hand tear three edges. Trim the last side straight if it isn’t done so already. Ink the edges if wanted.
Place the above pieces as shown in the photo above- If its a bit big rip a little more off. I gave you approx sizes so you had enough room to tear. When happy with the sizes Glue lapping the pieces & making sure you have some of the paint poking out each side.

Mat your photo then Cut a strip 1″ x 6.5″ using white card & glue this along the right side of the photo. Glue this onto the top piece of the patterned paper.
Cut 2″ strips from scraps of patterned paper & cut 6 pieces 2″ , 1.5″ & 1″ Corner punch these then Punch different sized holes using a Eyelet setter, Ink edges.. These 6 pieces should fit along your 12″ layout.
I’ve added a few Chipboard buttons that have been covered with glitter paper or just painted with the same paint used above.
I’ve added a Alpha sticker title & a little fabric patch I had lying around. Thats it
