Hiya Fiskarettes.
Sometimes you have low quality photos that you don’t want to scrapbook but even these tell a story so go on why not use them anyway, Perhaps crop noisy backgrounds or change them to B&W. Mine is a photo ok Keira at her Nativity (you werent supposed to take photos) I’ve cropped it so no other children are showing.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Cut a piece of paper to mat your photo make it 1.5 cms bigger around every edge. Punch using 2 in 1 Border/corner punch. Glue photo centrally.
Step 2: Cut a piece of Pattern paper approx 19cms x 17cms . Punch using Apron lace punch along the top (longer edge) Glue this piece onto 12″ Cardstock 4cms up from bottom 2cms from right facing side. Glue your photo mat over lapping bottom corners approx 2cms down from bottom & 4cms from left facing side.
Step 3: Cut a strip of paper approx 24cms long , Punch long edge using Bracket Border Punch. Glue this along the bottom of the piece you glued on the bottom of your layout in previous step.

Step 5: cut a 6cm x 6cm square piece of pattern paper, Ink edges if liked. Punch a Shape out of the middle using a Squeeze Punch, Back with glitter Foam, Glue onto l/o (look at 1st photo to see placement)
Step 6: I cut a Banner using the Fiskars Scallop Squeeze Punch & cutting the Scallops in half (inking if liked) A few pennant shapes were cut by hand using Scissors & added to the middles topped off with buttons.
Step 7: Add a Journaling box, I also hand cut a arrow slipping this behing a piece of patterned paper and journaling onto it.Oh and a Title.
