Rudolf xmas card

by Jayne & Caroline

Today I’ve made a simple xmas card . Sorry about the photos they were taken in the evening with a flash !  .

Items needed

Deer die cut OR 1 xmas deer cutting template , circle punch. Fiskars cutter, paint dauber white , snowflake stamps ,small piece of red glitter paper , small piece of brown cardstock , Gold ink pad & a black card.

Firstly get your card open it up and dab paint along bottom edge very lightly as shown.

Next cut out a Reindeer shape a nose either using your template cutter or the circle punch , and roughly cut a saddle shape by hand . Pieces shown here …

Then stick your reindeer to one side of the card as if standing in the snow.sticking on his nose and saddle too.

Next I used the stamp press for easy arrangment of the snowflakes around my reindeer and being able to stamp all in one go ! Arrange stamps straight onto the Easy stamp press turning round to check they are positioned ok . When happy with placement dab snowflakes with the paint lightly (these arent going to be as clear as if you stamped with ink but the paint shows up really well on the card) turn stamp press over and then press stamp press down onto the card , releasing the press after pressing all over lightly. I stamped the title seperately with gold inkpad the same .
