Scallop Design Cards
by Giselleby DT member Giselle

Here’s a design that can be easily adapted for cards for any occasion, using the Fiskars Scallop Squeeze punches.
Choose some co-ordinating paper and punch seven squares or use the same patterned paper selecting areas that have different colours.
Punch one more square from plain cardstock and ink the edges.
Add your greeting to the plain square using rub-ons or letter stickers.
Cut and fold a piece of co-ordinating cardstock to make a card base or use a pre-folded blank.
Glue the squares onto the front, making sure all the spaces are equidistant.
Add the square with the greeting, using glue dots to raise it slightly from the card.
Here are a couple of alternatives using similar designs.

I love the clean lines of these cards. What a great way to use up all those scraps we hoard.
Very pretty Giselle – think I need to get my scraps bag out and have a play!
Lovely cards Giselle – simple but very effective. Especially like the colours of the top card…x
The colours in the bottom one are lovely.
Beautiful cards Giselle, lovely idea for all those scraps of paper that are too beautiful to put in the bin.
