Tag – Butterfly…
by Clare
Today I have made a tag and used the lovely ShapeCutter and Butterfly Template, which I love, and also using colours I love. There is also a little peep of the Flower Squeeze Punch just underneath the chipboard flower.
Fiskars Products Used:
Additional Products Used:
- Patterned paper – Melissa Frances and Heidi Grace
- Glittered chipboard flower
- Pins, button, gems, Pebble
- Fabric flower
- Twine
- Rub-ons, ink
Instructions:
- I cut out a tag shape using paper and card for extra strength, and stuck them together. I then tied the twine around the bottom into a bow and then sewed around the edges and inked.
- Cut out the two butterfly layers using the ShapeCutter and ink the edges.

- Punch out the flower from music sheet paper and layer together, with the fabric flower, to create the butterfly. I then sewed it together, to make sure it stayed together!
- Place the chipboard flower and button into the centre. Poke the pins through the centre. Stick to the tag.

- Add rub-on swirls to the top of the butterfly and add a little embellishment cluster at the top.
