Morning Fiskarettes, I have enjoyed this challenge and had a play with my Fiskars Squeeze Punches to make a few paper flowers. I have a few more in the pipeline too and will be doing a video in February to show you a few different designs including the ones on this Layout.

Tools needed: Assorted shaped Patterned papers, card, alpha stickers, Fiskars Shape cutter & Mat, Scalloped square squeeze punch,Fiskars paper Trimmer, Adhesives,Scissors, glitter glue, Ink, pen,Bone folder optional.

Instructions: Firstly I have matted my photos …. This means cutting a piece of card or paper a little larger than your photo all the way round. I’ve matted with approx 1/3cm border on all 3 photos with black card.

Next I’ve took a piece of brown card and cut scalloped edges using my Shapecutter a little bit larger than my photo is. Glue this down ontop of a 12″ x 12″ shaped patterned paper. Then glue on top of another 12″ x 12″ square piece of patterned paper (i’ve used a spotty black piece)

Arange your photos at various angles on the layout base and glue when happy with the placement mine start at the left hand facing side.

Next add a title using die cut letters or stickers.

Embellish with flowers. I made my own using folded square scalloped shapes (will show you a video in a few weeks how to do this if you can’t work these out) Glue these in groups of 3. notice i haven’t stuck the folds of the flowers in the centre down as this makes them more 3D.

Journal onto strips you cut off the bottom of your patterned papers using your trimmer. Ink the edges, arange and glue by the title see photo. Embellish with glitter glue , i used it by adding dots in the middle of the scalloped edges of the cardstock and around the corners of the layout.
