Good Morning xxx
I have created a card and added a Butterfly that was made out of a tin tray. It is a little simular to a card I’ve made previously but it works and definately shows you that you can use the Shapecutter Templates with all sorts of materials & I just love the Butterflies Template. I’ve also used the Scalloped Circle Squeeze punch and Butterfly pop up punch
Instructions: Cut a piece of Yellow cardstock the size of your blank card front using a trimmer.
Next cut a strip of patterned paper the width of the card mine is 7cm tall. Glue this onto the middle horizontally
Punch 4 Scalloped circles using your Scalloped Circle Squeeze punch. Cut 3 circles in half.
Glue the half circles along the top & the bottom of the strip you have cut & stuck to the front. Glue the last whole circle to the right side of the strip.

First trim the edge off your Tin tray so it is flat.

Take the Butterflies Shapecutting Template and an Embossing Stylus & trace around the small Butterfly design.

Trim the Butterfly with Scissors. I also doodled circles using the stylus just for some interest to the flat wings. Glue the middle body part of the Butterfly onto the whole circle you have glued previously leaving the wings flapping.

I folded a strip of paper into concentena & glued this behind the butterfly wing horizontally. Punch 3 small Butterflies with the Butterfly Pop up punch, Glue these to the points on the concentena peaks.

Add some Gems in different sizes to form a Head & Body for the Butterfly & it’s finished x
